SubKhuch aims to provide a fair and transparent shopping experience for buyers and sellers. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, you may request a return or refund in accordance with this policy.

Eligibility Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, manuals and accessories must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.
  • Approved returns must be sent back using the return method provided by SubKhuch or the relevant seller.

  • Approved returns must be sent back through courier or another return method provided by SubKhuch or the relevant seller.
  • Return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise qualifies for seller or SubKhuch responsibility.
  • Customers should follow the return instructions provided by SubKhuch or the relevant seller before sending a product back.

Warning Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Personal care and hygiene items after opening.
  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed.
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Refund Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, customers will be notified of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Cancel Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return process will apply.
  • SubKhuch reserves the right to cancel fraudulent or suspicious orders.

Marketplace Marketplace Products

Some products are sold by independent sellers. In such cases, the seller’s individual return policy may apply, provided it complies with applicable laws and SubKhuch marketplace standards.
