Our Commitment
All sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with the laws of Pakistan and with SubKhuch marketplace policies. Listings that violate this policy may be removed without prior notice, and seller accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated.
Prohibited Products
- Illegal drugs, narcotics and controlled substances.
- Weapons, firearms, explosives and ammunition.
- Counterfeit, fake or pirated products.
- Stolen goods or illegally obtained property.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
- Products promoting violence, hate or discrimination.
- Fraudulent documents or forged identification.
- Malicious software, hacking tools or stolen digital accounts.
- Any product prohibited under the laws of Pakistan.
Restricted Products
Certain products may only be listed when all applicable laws, licences and marketplace requirements are satisfied.
- Health and wellness products.
- Medical devices.
- Chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Agricultural products requiring approval.
- Age-restricted products where permitted by law.
Seller Responsibilities
- Provide accurate product descriptions.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure products are genuine and legally sourced.
- Remove prohibited listings immediately upon request.
Policy Enforcement
SubKhuch reserves the right to review, suspend or remove listings and seller accounts that violate this policy. We may also cooperate with relevant authorities where required by law.
